James Oberweis
Mr. Oberweis has an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois
and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Oberweis has five children. Before beginning his entrepreneurial career, Oberweis taught Junior High math and science.
Mr. Oberweis started his financial career in 1970 with a large
retail brokerage firm. Today Jim is President of Oberweis Asset Management
and the Oberweis Funds and Chairman of the Board of Oberweis Dairy, a family
business.
In 1997, along with his son Jim and other partners, he started Oberweis.net,
Inc., an on-line trading and full service stock brokerage firm.

Jack Ryan
Mr. Ryan has an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He followed up his undergraduate studies by earning his MBA from Harvard Business School and his law degree, with honors, from Harvard Law.
Mr. Ryan is 44 years old and grew up in Wilmette, Illinois where he attended New Trier High School. He worked for Goldman Sachs as an associate in the investment banking department before making partner. In 2000 Mr. Ryan left investment banking and, for the next 3 years, taught at Hales Franciscan High School on the South Side of Chicago.

John Borling
John Borling (Major General, US Air Force ret.) is an Air Force Academy graduate with a 37 year Military career. He was a highly decorated officer. Most notably, he was awarded the Silver and Bronze Stars with V for Valor and Purple Hearts.
Major General Borling is also a graduate of The National War College and executive education programs at the JFK and Business Schools at Harvard
Major General Borling has been active in a host of commercial, volunteer and civic organizations. Including: SOS America (Service Over Self), HyperFeed Technologies, Chicago’s United Way, The Commercial Club of Chicago, and The National Jazz Museum.
Major General Borling is a native of Chicago who now makes his home in Rockford, Illinois. He and his wife, Myrna, have two adult daughters

Dr. Chirinjeev Kathuria
Dr. Chirinjeev Kathuria was born in India and came to America when he was just 8 months old. He was graduated from Downers Grove North High School, earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown, and an MBA from Stanford.
Currently, Dr. Kathuria owns several business ventures ranging from medical to technological to space exploration.

Andy McKenna
Andy McKenna earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame, and a master's degree in manufacturing management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. McKenna began his business career in the strategic planning department at Kraft Foods. Later, he went to work at Schwarz Paper, a national paper packaging and distributing business, rising to vice-president of marketing. In 1996, Mr. McKenna was named President of Schwarz.
Currently, Mr. McKenna lives in Glenview with his wife Mary. They have four children: Madeleine, Shawn, Drew and Mary.

Steve Rauschenberger
State Senator Steve Rauschenberger has a Bachelors of Business Administration, College of William and Mary 1978. Attended U-46 Schools. National Merit Scholar Semi-Finalist.
Senator Rauschenberger has been a State Senator since 1993, representing Illinois' 22nd District. In January 2003 he was appointed Assistant Minority Leader.
Senator Rauschenberger was born is Elgin, where he still lives with wife Betty and their two sons, Michael and Henry.

Jonathan Wright
Mr. Wright was graduated cum laude from Monmouth College, Monmouth, Illinois with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics. In addition, he earned a Law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
After Law School, Mr. Wright worked in Private Practice in Monmouth, Pekin and Lincoln, Illinois. Mr. Wright served as the State Representative for the former 90th District in Illinois (June 2001 - January 2003).
Mr. Wright is 38 years old and lives with his wife Melanie, and their four children (Katie, Alison, Melissa and Joshua) in Lincoln, Illinois.

Andy Martin
Andy Martin received Bachelor or Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Illinois. He also attended the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Mr. Martin has spent the last thirty-six (36) years as a public interest lawyer at the national and state levels.
Mr. Martin was born in Middletown, Connecticut and currently lives in Chicago, Illinois.

Norm Hill
Norm Hill served 23 years on active duty in the United States Army. After retiring, he spent some time as a self-employed entrepreneur before becoming affiliated with the insurance and financial industry - most notably, Metropolitan Life
Mr. Hill is 74 years old and lives in Grayslake, Illinois. He has been married to Dee Ann for the last 28 years. They have 9 children between the two of them.
